Rusk Rural WSC has had the same policy for years, the bills are printed and sent out at the end of every month and bills are due on the 15^th of every month unless otherwise stated on the bill, the bill becomes delinquent on the 16^th of the month and normally the last day to pay is the 25^th and meters are normally locked on the 26^th of every month(THE LOCK DATE WILL BE PRINTED ON THE BILL). These dates can be different during different months.
