RRWSC was informed yesterday October 7,2025 that the postal service here in Rusk has not received our water bills back from the distribution center in Coppel. Unfortunately this is something that we can not control even though we have made complaint after complaint to the USPS. We strongly encourage our customers to call the office to inquire about your balance on your account, the bill is due on 10/15/25. Also customers can go on the website and sign up to receive their bills via email or text. (If a customer chooses this option they will NOT receive a paper bill)
